The Technology

The tray is adjusted to one of four sizes using a hand lever located right next to it. The appropriate tray (S, M, L, XL) is inserted, and the holder automatically secures it in place. The items to be shipped (multiple items are possible) are then placed on the tray. The packaging process is started with the push of a button (buzzer). At the same time, the employee can assemble the shipping box or prepare the shipping documents.

Immediately afterward, the tray is fully wrapped and ready to be placed into the shipping box. With this machine system, everything is child’s play and perfectly packaged. The costs are always the same and included in the tray price. The machine system is provided to you, with film included. You won’t experience any cost fluctuations due to variations in the amount of packing material. Shipments weighing up to 10 kg are no problem. Thanks to perfectly designed outer cartons and reinforcements, shipping is fast and secure.

Place the tray on top

Packaging Process: Place Tray on Top — Insert the tray all the way in. The tray will then lock into place automatically.

Packaging Process: Place the Product on the Conveyor — The item to be packaged is placed on the positioned tray (multiple products are also possible).

Press the buzzer

Press the buzzer during the packaging process — The buzzer starts the packaging process. During this process, the item to be shipped is securely wrapped in film on the tray. While the packaging process is underway, the user can prepare for other tasks (e.g., assembling the box). The Buzzer housing is magnetic and can be placed anywhere as desired.
